Vandal Pickups operates vandalpickups.shop. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to use the site in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and cancel orders. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Participation in the Vandal Pickups Creator Program is subject to the following terms:
Eligibility: Creators must have at least 500 engaged followers on a qualifying platform, produce guitar or music-related content, and be based in the United States.
Content Requirements: Upon receiving Vandal products, creators agree to:
Commission: Creators earn commission on sales generated through their unique referral link. Commission rates are determined by tier and communicated upon acceptance. Commission is paid monthly for the prior month's verified sales. Vandal Pickups reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days written notice.
Gifted Products: Products provided to creators are gifts and do not require return unless the creator fails to produce agreed content within 60 days of receipt. Vandal Pickups reserves the right to request return of gifted products if program terms are violated.
Intellectual Property: Creators retain ownership of their content. By tagging or featuring Vandal Pickups, creators grant us a non-exclusive license to share, repost, and use their content for promotional purposes with credit given.
Termination: Either party may terminate the creator relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, commission earned on prior sales will still be paid. Unpaid commission forfeited if creator violates program terms.
All content on vandalpickups.shop — including the Vandal name, logo, taglines, product names (including "90 Proof," "Hellbucker," and "Vandal Signature Series"), photography, and copy — is the property of Vandal Pickups and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Vandal content without express written permission.
Vandal Pickups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Our products are provided "as is." While we stand behind the quality of our pickups, we make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in our return policy. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or modification.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Program Description: Vandal Pickups offers an SMS messaging program to send you updates including product launch announcements, order notifications, promotions, creator program updates, and other Vandal-related news.
How to Opt In: You opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number through our website forms or by texting a keyword to our number. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Vandal Pickups.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on your preferences and activity. We will not spam you.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Vandal Pickups is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
How to Opt Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After texting STOP you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messaging is supported by most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Service may not be available on all carriers.
